Forgiving one's self
Guilt is rampant.  Refusing to accept God's grace is fertile ground for the Devil to keep us away from God.  It keeps us from serving God because we don't think we're "good enough" or we fear that someone who knows our embarassing past will come forward to remind everybody of what we did before.  Believe me, I know.  But... I've found that most people are more forgiving of our past than we are of ourselves.  They don't hate us because of our past sin, they hate it when we try to present ourselves as better than we really are.
