Respecting Others Starts With Respecting Ourselves

Respect. It’s a fairly simple term. It means to honor or hold in esteem. To honor someone means to regard them highly. And esteem means to regard someone highly. So to respect someone means to hold them in high regard. As children of “God”, it’s our duty to respect every one and every thing, including ourselves. But there is the rub.
