Everyone loves those within their family (related or not). It's just that they may not allow themselves to do that - for whatever reasons.

Do our families have any idea how much they influence us ? Ive learned more about myself as an adult.. perhaps Im more aware and out away from that environment to see some things objectively..

For good and bad, other bloggers do jog our memories. I like it when they
spur me to writings, both joyous and painful. Getting it on paper always is better.

Mysteria, sometimes, I think we have to wait for other lives,
to connect successfully-- that I can't expect things to work out in this one alone, but that doesn't mean they never will. We can try, but one can only stand there lobbing birdies over the net, and not having them returned, for a while, before it is time to find other partners to play with!

Whacky and Bo, time is, for some things, the only teacher that can
make the lesson clear. Too bad we have so little of it, and that it takes us so much of it to get the point!

a martini for Bo and

for you!

Ciel I can relate..All of my family was and remains detached from me and
one another....No real bond on any level. I used to be saddened by it but anymore I try not to waste my energy being sad. They are virtual strangers to me...one and all. As I've grown I see that there are worthy people to pick from amongst the human family. It's not so bad being an orphan when i know I have them Ciel
