I think you have done a lot of leg work and made your assessments! I would think it would be best to stay close to the service fees for your area! I doubt any of us earn what we're worth but whatever the markets bears is what people will be willing to pay! I also think that once established and have many letters of recommendation on file, then one can begin to seek what they are worth! Just my humble thoughts! You have a lot of fine options, too! sam
