Good Morning

I love roasting vegetables.  I steam the little white and red peppers.  They are delicious.  I hope you stay cool today.  It's going to be 90 again today.  It is too hot for me.

The artichokes--I cut them in half and wrap each half in foil, so when they come out and cool, it's easy to remove the fuzzy bits before serving.

Good afternoon

I am a fan of roasted vegetables. Their flavor gets intensified to where boiling them drains them of some of their potency. I especially love roasting my tomatoes with garlic and olive oil. As for Pyrex dishes, they are my favorite, and I have a few from the 1960s that were getting checked out at our party on Saturday. I have never roasted my artichokes, but I can see how that would enhance them, especially when turning them into a dip. Regular smile
