Cancer...that dreaded word.

Among all the bustle of the holidays and such, there is sorrow in my life, still. Cancer strikes everyone; including pets. My nephew who is incarcerated in Florida found a couple of places on his head, recently, that were diagnosed as solar keratosis or Actinic Keratosis. It can be the first step... A tip for traveling with food this holiday season...

I learned this from my aunt whom we visited many years ago in the northern states. We were cooking some dishes to take with us to a lake about an hours drive away.
