The Law of Attraction is the context...

I wrote this a while back, and things posted in the past day or two, particularly in Julia's blog about secrets, http://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/Quirkyalone1026/ brought it back to mind. Without the context of that law of metaphysics that says we attract to us what we think of, this one doesn't make so much sense. But with that understanding, I think it works. Defining Terms: Intelligence

Morality, more or less...

Just as in discussions about God and religion, any discussion about morality has to start by defining the terms. Morality is a universal concept, but cultural in its application, its interpretaton: it is a consensual matter, in any society, what is moral, what is good, what is bad, even what is evil. These are a few of my thoughts on the topic: Is there absolute morality? I think there are some universally agreed morals, but fewer than one might think.
