It was like a dream adaptation of the latest blogit soap-opera, wrapped in some of the weirdities of my own subconscious. We need not go into details of either. The gist of it was this: Sometimes, people don't fit into their social scene neatly, but live in their own worlds, disconnected from the 'normal'--which is to say, on the bell-curve of behavior, belief, and belonging, they dwell closer to the edge of the bell than the big, central dome.
