See the train at the bottom? That is the bullet train speeding by. That is what I rode into Tokyo Saturday to see my sister. This train takes an hour to go to Tokyo which is about 200 kilometers away. Had a good visit as we wandered through crowds on Omotesando. We met at Tokyo station with our cell... Twenty minutes
I have twenty minutes to post. I wanted to read around but that isn't enough time time to get into anything. It's isn't enough time to get in to anything here either, but here it goes: Did they take away the 15 character deal for comments? I think they did! I was able to send just a rose to Shelly!... Do they Sweat in the Cold Rain?
Thank you again for all your comments. The answer to my question is yes! They do sweat! Because I can smell it on E's uniform after a cold and rainy soccer game. It is soaked with rain, and yes, sweat. I suppose they would only cancel or postpone if there were a typhoon or terrible electircal storm,... Sign in to see full entry.

Those are tiny people out there, looking for their dinner I suppose, clams and crabs and stuff. The surfers were on the sandier beaches further along. This is from the side of a... Little Trips in the Varying Weather of Spring
The BBQ on Saturday, was very nice, a warm day with a breeze along the river. Japanese BBQs are an assortment of meat cut in strips and grilled like this. Chicken wings are great, we had squid and sea snails too. Vegetables are sliced up such as pumkin and eggplant, onions and green peppers, and... Sign in to see full entry.

First day of an extra looong weekend.
Goodmorning! Today is a BBQ with E's soccer families. We are meeting early so I suppose we will all be going shopping together first. It will be at the river, the one in the pictures bellow, but that's a long river so I wonder, where abouts on that river will it be? We'll find out when we meet up.... Sign in to see full entry.

The Week for which is Golden
Tomorrow starts the Golden Week holidays. This is the time of year when highways are clogged with holiday makers for all the little holidays that run together making it what it is called, a 'Golden Week'. This year it starts with a Tuesday (!?) and the rest of the week is normal until Saturday,... Sign in to see full entry.
