So I think I did really well on the interview
I met with the woman who owns the agency, as well as her daughter, who does subsidiary rights. I went in there with the proverbial guns blazing: I answered all their questions, was knowledgable about the books the agency represents. I think--think--they were impressed with me. They're looking to hire almost immediately (the assistant who held the position before is leaving on Monday to work in marketing in cooporate publishing), so I sent my interviewers thank-you notes via e-mail this...
