The crazy lady strikes again for Friday, September 9, 2005

This entry is an update of sorts to my last entry. I am writing letters to Habitat for Humanity's international headquarters, as well as my local affiliate and the Midwest regional headquarters, stating my needs in as clear a fashion as possible, in the hope that I might receive a more rapid response to my requests for help. One of the things I didn't mention yesterday was that I plan on applying to Habitat for Humanity for an affordable house. The problem I'm having is that I'm having trouble reaching a real live person. I keep hitting voice mail at the local Habitat affiliate, and the email listed for our local affiliate is an invalid email. I've tried callng the national headquarters, and they tell me to be patient - to wait a few days. I can't wait a few days - my housing situation is such that I can't afford to...
