Entry #143: Results
My letter-writing campaign has paid off. I have received a response from Habitat for Humanity, and I got in touch with no less a personage than the executive director of my local HFH affiliate. She will mail off an application for me, and I should see it in about a week. It turns out that this executive director has had some problems of her own. Her husband has been sick - he needs whatever prayers, healing vibes or good thoughts you can offer him. This is perhaps why I have not received a fast... Sign in to see full entry.
