Entry #174: Why does it always have to be turkey?
This is probably a question asked by vegetarians all over on Thanksgiving Day here in the United States. At our house, growing up, we didn't ever have turkey on Thanksgiving - but not because everyone was vegetarian. My father absolutely hated turkey after having cooked so much of it as an Army mess sergeant.
