A Probably Not-Brilliant Idea

I've been thinking about this "Race to the Top" that Whim has been running, and I think it is a good idea. I'm wondering if someone could set up a quarterly "Race to the Top" that will propel new and worthy blogs to the top spot, just by dint of marketing them the way that Whim has been doing. There...
