Robert Park released -

The newest update on Robert Park: He is in Beijing and on his way to California where his family live. My daughter just called from Mexico and saw it on the news. I looked it up and here's a you-tube. He looks so defeated and sad. Please continue to keep him in your prayers. Gymnastic competition

Tonight I went to a gymnastics competition. It was within the team for practice. There were about 7 girls competing in level 5 and only 1 girl in level 6. My favorite was the floor routine with music. Most of the girls could do triple back flips. It is amazing to see what someone can do with discipline and training! My 13 year old daughter just made the team, but will not be competing for some time. I cleaned 2 houses today. Tomorrow I will be helping one of my clients clean her mom's "very... About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
