Exercising and plans for tomorrow...
Our 2 girls and 1 son helped with the cleaning of 2 different businesses today. My husband had a job, trimming a tree for a friend with our other son. All went well and I took the ones that helped me to Subway for lunch when we were done. I am the only one home now, as the rest went to the athletic club. I am too tired and have had 3 good days of exercise this week. Last night we all went to the club. I did the bicycle for 10 minutes, shot baskets for 30, swam 8 lengths (rested after each one)...
