Has everyone heard about the moron who was planning to blow up a lot of stuff and many people with bombs he was in the process of making last week, in his home? He was arrested before he could even finish making all of his bombs. Granted, anyone planning to murder large numbers of innocent people and create havoc and terror is deranged, but how stupid do you have to be to be stopped BEFORE you could bomb anything or anyone?
