Fear and Love: The Only Two True Emotions We Have

Fear. It’s the absence of Love. These two are the only true emotions we have. Joy, silliness, happiness are all aspects of Love. Anger, jealousy, hate are all aspects of Fear. Since fear is the absence of Love, then only by loving can we rid ourselves of fear. But there is a catch to this. We’ve got to love ourselves unconditionally first.
