Yeshua Preached Celibacy, Even for Those Married?

Here is an interesting argument. Amy-Jill Levine, writing for Beliefnet, believes that Yeshua thought that sex is wrong – even between two married people. She gave several examples to support this idea. She wrote that some who claim that Yeshua implied sexual intimacy in his statements against divorce were wrong. “To be one flesh,” as he said, did not mean to have sex, as many claim.
