Richard Cooks

Yesterday, Richard cooked his Chicken Squash Casserole. He sat on a stool and chopped his onions. His arms got tired and he had me cut up his squash as he directed the thickness of each piece. As I said tomorrow is another day,

Richard did have good intentions to cook but as I knew what we would feel like after yesterday's adventures, he didn't get very far. An Amazing Day

Richard has been pretty much self ambulatory today. He wanted to go to the farmer's market downtown today so we did. He walked the whole way with his walker with his back straight and a nice stride.
