Do you believe in dreams?

Sometimes I wonder if dreams do come true. I think of the little dreams that come just before you awaken from sleep. There are some that seem like a picture postcard and then it is gone. Surprise Visitor

Yesterday a silver car drove into our driveway and a tall, young man popped out with a big smile, dark hair and the bluest of clear and thoughtful eyes. It was my nephew from Florida. Well, here we are in the middle of summer. The weather is hot and the afternoon possibility of rain is a reality. Our church is composed of approximately 17 hundred persons. We are blessed with a diverse parish. This morning the Knights of Columbus served a pancake breakfast. Maxwell was there. It is all quiet here. Hubby is in bed, the outside air is soft and wonderful and I just peeked out and saw little but that is o.k. there is the dark of the moon tonight. Single minded my foot!

Today was full of diverse duties. I had an appointment with a local government official. Then later I was off to DMV to get a vehicle registered. I visited the bank and made a deposit. Time for berry picking

This morning I dressed in long sleeve shirt, slacks and went out the door to look for blackberries. We have a field that is basically pasture and in the middle is a big clump of volunteer/uncultivated blackberries. They are beautiful this year and I have picked about 10 quarts this morning! How do you do it?

When you meet a person and the salutation/greeting is HOW DO YOU DO? What do you say in return? I think it is a cute expression. The Australians do it nicely. Home from the Dentist!

Today I had a 6 months check up at the dentist. No cavities! Good! I was told my teeth were in good condition and gums were healthy. That is good to hear.
