You've no doubt had the pleasurable experience of writing a resume for yourself. You know, you take everything you've ever done professionally (or at least your last three jobs) and try to make them sound much better than they actually were. Then you exaggerate your personal traits, and call yourself "dedicated," and "responsible," and "highly motivated." Its all a bunch of bull, because you can't talk about your personality on paper.
