At a yard sale, Marilyn picked up an “Elvira” wig for the kids to wear on Halloween. Marilyn owns the left-hand side of the couch, by divine right, and her overstuffed cushion, against which she leans her back, announces this to the world. Yesterday, as she was about to sit in her customary spot, Baby was laying on the second best spot, HERS! I heard her tell Baby to move, politely at first, then with a bit less patience, then with an underlying anger that I hoped that Baby could ALSO recognize... Sign in to see full entry.

Don’t tell Marilyn, but I’ve fallen madly in lust with the willowy, pixie-haircut waif in the filmy blue dress that she refreshes in the steam/dryer. Now she has shown up in an Invisalign commercial so it looks like other people have noticed her too. I’d enjoy peeling her like a banana. Whew! She has a kind of Audrey Hepburn kind of femininity that makes her stand out from all the others.
