Mickey Spallane

Wendell Corey

Jarmila Novotna
Jarmila Novotna was Monty's co-star in The Search. She played Ivan Jandl's mother (see 11/12/09 entry). Jarmila was a Czech opera singer (star of the Metropolitan Opera from 1940-56) who appeared in several films. She died in 1994 at age 86. Sign in to see full entry.

Edith Head
Legendary costume designer Edith Head won eight Academy Awards for Best Costume Design in her long career (out of thirty-five nominations, including every year from 1948-66).
