Somebody please tell me that everything will turn out OK!
There's so much I want to tell my therapist, but that I can't bring myself to say. Today we spent the 45- minute session talking about how frustrated I am over my job search. I guess the best way to describe it is that I'm feeling helpless and discouraged. It's an awful feeling--almost as if I'm not in control. I know I've promised myself that I'd stop thinking about myself so much, and think about other people more, but it's very, very difficult. Have you ever had one of those moments where...
