Lazy Day

We've had a really lazy day today and I feel so refeshed as a result. Susan and I took Ivan into his GAP job in Cambridge this morning (minus 5 this morning which is really cold for us soft East Anglians!) then bought some lovely satsumas, avocados and a cauliflower from the market on Market Square.... It's all fine; weird but fine

Hello everyone It's been a really busy week on the consultancy front. I went back to my previous employer of 21 years with me now a consultant and them the client. First day

Today was the first day of my new professional life and I have to say it was abit of a surreal experience. Not getting up in what seemed like the middle of the night or facing the two hour journey each way was weird and I found it hard at first to get down to some real work. As straightforward... I can't believe

Beautiful music

As I mentioned, Claire and I went to the Cambridge University concert hall last night to listen to a classical concert put on by Ivan's chool: Hills Road Sixth Form College. Snow Patrol played on, and on

The Snow Patrol at the Albert Hall last night was really fantastic. Our buyers exchanged contracts with us on the house yesterday - quite late in the afternoon in line with their overly cautious approach. Hoorah!
