I’ve mostly recovered from my morning of incoherence and wanted to take the opportunity to write a little about some stuff I read yesterday. I had done a couple of posts on the violent crime rate among youths since the release of violent video games, and even shown them to a few friends of mine here... Sign in to see full entry.
My Morning
What an interesting day I’m having. I woke up this morning to the sound of a conversation between two people, and I don’t even really know what they were talking about. There are times when I hear the hallucinations, but just can’t make out what they’re saying. I tried to shake it off while I got... Sign in to see full entry.

The end of the violent video games kick, I swear. Just this last piece.
I had an interesting conversation about the violent video games issue with my lady friend that works at the bookstore. She’s a junior high school teacher and works at the bookstore for some extra cash. She read my little write up on the rates of violent crimes arrests involving teenagers and shook... Statistical Proof That Violence Among Teens Has Gone Down After Video Games
Hit the market. I was excited about the last post I did and wanted to point to it for anyone who didn't read it. I'm working on getting some more statistics regarding percentage of the population that are teenagers compared to the percentage of violent crimes committed by teenagers, so maybe someday... Debunking the Theory that Violent Games Make Kids Commit Violent Crimes
I was looking at some crime statistics today, because I just do things like that every now and then, and noticed something interesting. The theory that violent video games make kids commit violent crimes is completely bullcrap. And I mean COMPLETELY bullcrap. For everyone’s information, the... Sign in to see full entry.
A Response to a Comment About my Tasteless Joke
Thank you for your concern. One thing that I do appreciate about most Christians is that they do seem to genuinely wish the best for people, even if they show it by being condescending, assuming that such behavior is the result of an urge to rebel. What good does it really do to tell someone that... Sign in to see full entry.

This person was NOT having an "I'm not offended" day!
I got burned by another humorless person today at lunch. I went to a little fast food joint just down the street and was standing in line when the assault occurred. I just got a new T-shirt today and thought I'd wear it, and wear it proud. Let me show you: This shirt came from the illustrious... Sign in to see full entry.
Have an "I'm not offended" day
I just wrote a nice long post about "intellectual" people and how "stupid" they are, but I don't think I'll post it. Instead, how about a post about not taking life too seriously? Wouldn't it be cool if the whole world took one day and completely stopped talking about anything "important" or "deep"?... Sign in to see full entry.
The Wonderful World of Fish Oil
So there’s this dietary supplement that’s supposed to help with depression and even psychosis pretty darn well. This supplement is fish oil. Every morning I take 2000mg of fish oil in these two massively gigantic “easy-to-swallow” pills that feel like an ice cube going down. I honestly can’t attest... Sign in to see full entry.

A crappy weekend. But hey, who cares?!
What a crap infested weekend. Yet strangely I’m in a good mood. My roommate’s girlfriend’s friends were at our house Thursday night, Friday night and Saturday night. They stayed until about 4:30 am each day and guess who couldn’t sleep through their loud obnoxiousness? Me. So on Saturday night, at... Sign in to see full entry.
