Responsibility for and Context of Speaking Truth

Sannhet brought up the question in a comment in the previous post: Is it not our responsibility to share Truth when we have the opportunity to do so? My reply: Not necessarily. In fact, by the stricture of observing and honoring spiritual Free Will, perhaps spiritual Truths should not be spoken ever, until asked for, and until the right questions are asked. An aside for feedback

Hello! There have been some great comments in this blog, and some of you have been in touch by email--But I'm wondering how many and who are actually finding these articles useful and interesting. Speaking of altruism and caring...

Time to post this again: A friend sent me this: The Animal RescueSite is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of getting free food donated every day to abused and neglected animals. It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on "feed an animal in need" for free. This doesn't cost you a thing. Caring with care: Healing can be hazardous to your health!

Hello again...! More good news for healers... And that's just about all of us: altruism is built into our very nature, and those who most deny it are often those who have been punished for it, and decided it was not a good investment. Altruism vs Selfishness-- Spirit gives, Body takes... It really is not a definition of good and evil, or right and wrong. What Kinds of Gods Are There?

Why ground? Why center? Why go In if God is Out There?

This is a response to a comment from Sannhet that bears repeating, plus a few more words... The grounding is the first step to centering, but where you place your boundaries is important in owning the body and its energies. Spirit loves to soar, to expand out, to reach out and touch as much of the Universe as it can... Finding Your Way to Your Own Center... The Next Step in Meditation

Hello again! I hope you're having fun with this... It's kind of like the soul's equivalent of a baby discovering its fingers and toes, and how things work. When my son was about 5 weeks old, when he was in his cradle, I tied a shiny mylar helium balloon to his ankle. From across the room, I watched as the balloon twitched and danced like mad for a bit. Revelations and Realities--continued...

One of those assumptions that is rarely questioned, because it is taught at such a fundamental level, is that there is Only One. If you've read my earlier posts in this blog, you know I believe that to be true: The Ultimate Equation: EVERYTHING = ONE. I believe that that ONE is Everything That Is, with absolute Sentience.
