Can you transcend what your Sunday School Teacher taught you

"Light urple?" Psychics reputedly love purple. So do old ladies, with red, these days... And I have a friend who finds purple to be the very most alluring color he knows! Whe I see a deep, translucent purple in an aura, I recognize it as usually having something to do with a kind of 'cosmic' attitude-- The brighter and pinker it is, the more a purple speaks to me of the kind of gregarious, New-Agey spirit of camraderie and We Are One, group-huggishness.
