Is yet more treatment really necessary?

Yesterday, I heard a story on WGN-TV's noon news, which piqued my interest. It was about the disparate treatment of black and white drug addicts. Although blacks represent only about 15% of the general population, blacks are far more likely to suffer legal consequences for drug-related offenses (such as possession or possession with intent to sell). Two heads are better than one (if you're a reptile)

Officials at St. Louis' City Museum's World Aquarium are planning an exhibit of two-headed animals. From my readings of the news story on AOL (accessible through http://news.aol.com/strange ), I've been led to believe that these two-headed animals in this exhibit will all be reptiles, mostly snakes, with a few two-headed turtles thrown in for good measure. Talk about a major gaffe!

I realize that I committed a major gaffe the other day when I was talking about the concept of deathbed conversions. (I may have been talking about this concept in From Death Into Life; I forget exactly which blog contains this discussion.)
